Cannot play the trial. Xbox users only have that privelige i believe.

I am a new Xbox user, my friend said I could get a free month of Xbox live. I looked for the trial and I could not find it. Can you help? I have never used The trial and heard it is for new Xbox users from Jacqueline (she had great service)

Trials that is available on the Xbox store is for new members/first time users only. I get the 14 day trial for Gamepass, which i cant use as i already used gamepass before.

XBOX Live Gold Trials are for new XBOX users only. If you currently have an XBOX account, you will not be able to use the trial certificate. If you are trying to set up another account, that will get you banned from XBOX.

Thank you for contacting Forum support!

Unfortunately, if you have already redeemed a Xbox live gold subscription on your profile before, then you will not be able to redeem a trial, nor can you stack trials.
Trial subscriptions
are for "New Users" to gain experience with Xbox Live services.

(In order to apply a trial, then you would need a new console and profile or a new profile and attempt to redeem it on a pc/online).

(Please do not post your codes on this site)

By creating a NEW Gamertag ON THE CONSOLE ITSELF. The one month free trial is only for new members joining through the console. If you create a new Gamertag on the Xbox.com website and recover it from LIVE you also do NOT get the free month trial. And only
the first three Gamertags joining Live on that console get the free trial month.
