자꾸 뜹니다. 다른 게임이나 모바일 xbox앱에서 로그인 때는 로그인 수 없다 만 뜨 요. 무엇이 문 인지 해결하 면 어떻게 해야하는지 알 주세요.

Sounds like your account has defaulted to a child. On the console please create another adult account then add your main one to its family. Then promote your main account to adult to see if that helps
