xbox 로그인이 안돼요 -[Translation - I can not login to xbox]

로그인 버튼이 아예 안눌리는데 어떻게 하나요

다른 마이크로소프트 홈페이지에 로그인 하면 로그인 자체는 되는데 그 상태에서 xbox 홈페이지로 넘어오면 게 로그인 안된 상태로 나오 로그인 버튼 조차 눌리지 않습니다.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Looks like you are unable to sign into Xbox.com. Have you tried using a different device to sign in? Also, would you mind typing out the error message you are getting? I am unable to translate the picture unfortunately.

Aside from that, I would try
updating your Password and your
Security Information.

could you try login in via a different browser or via inPrivate (Ctrl+Shift+P in Edge, IE or Firefox) or Incognito browsing (Ctrl+Shift+N in Chrome) depending on the browser used to see if that makes any difference.

Xbox website? Are you able to sign in to the Xbox website while using a different device? If the device is a windows 10 computer, we recommend making sure
