I’m going to make it simple for all of you. This tool doesnt need to have any info except your GT. If they have your Tag they can use this on you. It’s really popular and has happened on mutiple people I know lol. I never put myself in any situation to
be messing wifh people like that. It just happened as I was targted because of my GT.

Go your privacy dashboard in here: https://account.live.com/consent/Manage

and Remove any permissions for any apps/websites that you want and you don't recognize.

you must have entered your credentials in a phishing website and allowed access to your account to them, removing the permissions should stop the spam messages.

you might also want to consider changing your password and enabling 2FA if you haven't already.

After reading all of the comments in regards to this, aside from doing 2 factor authorization, adjusting privacy settings, and reporting such activity/dispute with enforcement...there is not much else I can add.

FYI,

I sent information on June 8 to Phil Spencer & Larry Hyrb & today in an email to Xbox Ambassadors about a third party tool used for the described purpose. I hope that someone in an appropriate Microsoft team are investigating and/or taking steps to deal
with the issue.

The easiest thing to do is not to put yourself where they have a way to use illegal tools on you, just block them. Another thing is not to join scetchy or random parties because people can ddos you even if you have a good VPN
