Xbox took to long too load all games, laggy, reset error

Was getting error code 0x8027025a for all my games. Also it took forever to boot and the splash screen was gone, just black. Tried a bunch of things. Full power off, mac addresses, region, soft reset. Etc. Deleted all games except battlefield and nhl21. Stoped all updates. Still no luck. Console also very slow and laggy at times even in the settings menu.

Now doing a hard reset and got e203 0000080c about half way through. Any fixes? Console only a year and a half old.

Since you are facing this issue with all games and you already tried all troubleshooting steps possible to fix the issue with no success, it might be a hardware issue. In this case, your device will need to be serviced. You can request a repair from Device Support. Console registration is required to service your console.

I ended up restarting it before you got back to me and it finished the second time but I don't think it has fixed my issue. It's still laggy. It works fine until it gets stuck on something and will freeze for a few minutes then it will work again.

Also it worked completely fine a week ago. Lots of storage space and no performance issues.
