Xbox Took My Money

So on christmas or some time around there, i got a 3 month subscription pass to the Xbox Live Ultimate Pass. For 3 months or so it served me well, and by the day before it was gonna expire i tried renewing it like the message that kept popping up told
me to do for the past week before. Xbox kept telling me there was an error with the way i was paying, and told me to pick a different payment method. So after a couple tries using a card and pressing cancel when it showed up with a different payment method
message, i stopped and waited for it to expire. Once it expired i did the same thing but for longer and it kept telling me it had an error with my payment method and I kept pressing cancel. My phone payment came up and it was linked to that same card, so when
it didnt go through for my phone i was confused because there was enough money for both my phone and the Pass. So the only thing that coudlve happened was it taking my money from the card. But what was even weirder was that i had functioning Xbox Live but
when i checked my subscriptions, i didnt have anything. My Game Pass didnt work but my Live did up until today.

I had this issue the other day it kept telling me that there was an issue with my payment method. So, what I had to do was login to my Microsoft account on my laptop and pay on there. Also, you can live chat with an Xbox live rep will assist

you and get you straight.

By the way, its only been a few days since this occurred and only a few days for the "Invisible Xbox Live" had functioned.

this has happened to me as well. only it does download and is in my history, even after reinstalling it 5 times, speaking with xbox live support chat, phone support and the game deloper support who sent me back to xbox suport i still cannot play this game.

i have installed and reinstalled it this way 5 times, including a full hard drive format. and it is not my internet connection. there live chat once trying all of this with me sends me to phone support who then tries all of this again then sends me to the
game maker(2kgames) who states its an xbox issue and sends me back to xbox support. im running 30/30 fiberop which re-downloads the 2gb game in minutes with zero errors until its tried to be played. its is in no way shape or form a hacked hard drive or system
and the system is otherwise 100% working for everything else, including other original xbox games, there is no other reason other than support/computability on their end, I will never use the market again.

Attempt to redownload the game from your purchase history,

Press the Center Guide Button -> All the way to the right to Settings -> Account Management -> Download History

Does the item appear there? Will it let you download it?
