Xbox took my money from my account and didn’t give me ultimate

We need to verify if your Game Pass Ultimate is showing as active by signing in at this link; https://account.microsoft.com/services. If it's active and you're playing on a PC, kindly try signing out of your account on the Xbox App, restarting your PC, and then signing back in.

If you're playing on an Xbox console, kindly try to resync your Xbox profile to your console by following the steps below. Make sure that you know your account logins before doing these steps.

REMOVE PROFILE:

To remove a profile: From Profile & system, select Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select a profile, then select Remove.

POWER CYCLE CONSOLE:

To restart your console: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller, and then select Restart console > Restart. To power cycle your console if it's frozen: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller for 10 seconds. Then press the Xbox button on the console or on your controller to turn your console back on.

RE-ADD PROFILE:

To add an Xbox profile to a console, press the Xbox button to open the guide and go to Profile & system. Select Add or switch, and then select Add new and follow the instructions.

Sorry for your frustration with the game. When level 3 looks at a case it can take 5-7 business days. Being that you had to resend the picture in to a different email they might of resubmitted which would be 5-7 days from that day. Keep following up with
the case you made with support. Make sure to email them often asking about status. There is nothing we can do here on the forums in that regard, you went the correct route. I had similar situation where my case got sent to level 3 also.

Hi Brad. Ive been trying to call xbox support because microsoft support wont do anything and i can get in contact with them. Its been almost a month since i bought this game and i still dont have it
