Xbox took my money and didnt give me my gold

So it happened like this

i woke up to see that microsoft took 10.95 out of my account

I checked my account and my gold still expires on the 27/5/14

cmon man I check paypal and it said transaction completed

But on xbox it said something about a do you want to renew your membership and i said no

I checked paypal and took xbox off the pre approved merchants

HELP ME PLS
