xbox took away a game i bought

I bought a code for just cause 4 gold edition 2 months ago and recently my rights to it were taken away. Xbox support wont help and the only reason i can play is because its on gamepass, but it says i dont own it or the dlc. Im extremely pissed off and microsoft
wont give the [Mod removed-profanity] Just Cause 4 Gold Edition back. On my order history it says it was "cancelled". [Mod removed-profanity] ?????

The game should show up in your games and apps as ready to install. You would need to reinstall it from there. If it's not showing up, you'll need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Also just to clarify you did indeed redeem the code, and you were charged for it? Sometimes if the order was unsuccessful it will get cancelled and you wont be charged for it and of course you won't receive the code. How long have you been playing just
cause 4 gold edition before you werent able to play it anymore?

Yes you can start there and find out why the code is not showing on your history. Also, you can check your

order history yourself and see if a code was redeemed on your account for the game.
