Xbox told me to remove devices to play a game. Removed 2 devices and I STILL can't play it >:(

Hi, Georges. Neither game mentioned above is listed as an XBox 360 game. I'm currently trying to play on my XBox One-X (my series X is going to have to go in for a warranty claim, as it's turning on, but not currently able to display a picture ).

I believe that I had this happen with Spartan Runner on my Series X as well, and eventually I just gave up.

Hey x man, this is less than optimal, but you need to reset TV settings to remove a device. I'm working with our team to make this simpler.

i changed the name and model # to somthing i did not have and it worked.

Also is there a way to determine which device has been purchasing items?? Unfortunately not.

These devices that are shown, only confirm devices that you have signed into with your account.

The best way to be 100% secure for this is to enable 2 step authentication and when you sign into another device DO NOT remember details, device or password.

This way whenever you sign on again you will need to use 2 step authentication again with that device. Removing the device using the accounts page is sufficient to forgetting that device and forcing it to use 2 step
authentication again.
