I have had my xbox360 for a while. I just think its time I upgrade I still love it but when I do switch.....how?

I have question about replaying certain games

I was thinking about replaying certain games like MGSV and Unity for my xbox1. But I was wondering if I start a new game does it save over my old game or can carry over my stuff? If i replay the first mission do I get all opening cut scenes again. Its been a long time since I touched either game so I'm a bit rusty if they had option for multiple save slots or not?

Or do I have make offline profile replay opening? Than just switch over to my normal Xbox profile and replay first mission(trying to get all optional stuff etc..for achievements)

Witcher 2 on xbox1

Hoping for some help.

I have the physical disc for Witcher 2 which I want to play on my Xbox1.

I have completed the backwarded download and the game is loaded and should be working.

But when I try to start the game it keeps asking me to log in with my profile.

My xbox1 profile is already signed in, I then download the profile to the game but it says 'Your profile was not completely downloaded. Please download it again from Xbox Live'.

I have tried restarting, updating my profile, changing image, turning myself as 'not online' etc.

Can anyone suggest anything to assist please.

As long as it's a Live account, you would just sign into the same account on the One when you get it. It'll walk you through how to do so when you start it up. You will want to make sure any game saves you want to keep for any backwards compatible games
are stored on the cloud. Any games you own digitally that are backwards compatible will be available for you to install through your Games and Apps on the One.

Thanks for bringing the question to the forums. All you will need to do is sign in on the new console as you do the Xbox 360. You can view this help page if need any further assistance

setting up new console. Step 10 is where you will see how to sign in.

In short once you get to sign in you will use email you use on the Xbox 360 then the password all your data will be on the Xbox one.

Hi there!

If you choose to purchase an Xbox One, all you have to do, is sign into your email account that you currently use on 360, and you are all set! Some games in your library may be backwards compatible, and can be found in My Games and Apps.

Thank you all I have had it forever and still love it but I dont remember any of the set up I put on it my Ex GF helped with the passwords and I cannot - will not remember the things that went through her head hence password ????

Hello Captain,

You can find the email under account settings. Once you have that you can go to the
Account website sign in then change password if you forgot password just select forgot password then follow the prompts if the email you use is not a Microsoft email you will be able
to verify that way and change password. If not sure and need assistance can always request a call back and a support agent will be glad to help you.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update

Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips

Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
