    i have an xbox one s all digital and I'm gunning to buy a gaming laptop next year

    I am aware that when u upgrade ur xbox to the series x all the games come with however my question is if i want to switch from xbox to pc and i have the same account do i have to buy those games again?\

    it is not the xbox version on the pc via windows store, it is the pc version via the windows/xbox app on pc, same as epic etc.

    any games on pc are pc versions not xbox console versions.

    Xbox One games themselves cannot be played on the PC. You can however download PC games that are Xbox Live enabled. Some of these are Xbox Play Anywhere games, and as was stated, there is Xbox Game Pass for PC which lets you play over one hundred PC games.
    These are a mix of PC games & Xbox Live enabled PC games.
