Xbox to pc streaming random disconnects

I often utilize the Xbox app to stream my console to my laptop for location freedom in my home. I have my console hardlined to my modem, and my WiFi speed is exceptional enough to know latency is not an issue. While streaming, the video of my game will freeze
every few minutes but the sound continues and I hear actions within the game to know that’s my controller inputs are still getting through. After a few seconds of a frozen screen, the “network connectivity problems” window appears and a few seconds after that,
the stream disconnects. Any clue as to what might be causing this? Please help!!

Game streaming constantly crashes.

Even with wired connection from xbox one x to pc, the game streaming function always crashes. This happens no matter the game/computer/streaming quality/wired/wireless. The video will freeze but the audio and controls will work. The bottom says network issues,
then the stream crashes. It happens at random intervals. When it is steaming, it runs flawlessly even on very high, but the disconnects make games unplayable.

Disconnections when streaming xbox to PC "Network Quality Problems"

I have been having a few random disconnects when streaming to my PC. The streaming otherwise works fine and I can usually reconnect the stream after a few seconds. I am using a wired connection for both PC and Xbox. I cant seem to predict when it will
occur but if it does, I tend to get disconnected a couple of times at least. When playing destiny and the division, it also disconnects me from the game servers. I would get some disconnects when playing Destiny, but never with the division when using my
TV. I still get the disconnects when streaming fallout also.

It pops up with a notification down the bottom saying "Network Quality Problems" then disconnects the stream. I have ran the streaming tests and it has always said that its fine.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? My internet can have pretty variable download and upload speeds in peak times, but I assumed the streaming wouldn't be routed through external servers. Is it possible that its my router and or ethernet cables causing
this? I would try new cables but I don't have any spare.

I have the same problem, XB1X, both wired to the router, I can play no problems for 30+ minutes streaming to my laptop and then network problems non stop every 10 secs and crashing, I restart the laptop and problem persists, is like the console collapses
and can do the job anymore.

Btw my XB1S never had a problem with the same setup

Same thing here. I get random disconnects. I run wired all the way through from xbox to pc. I even tried connecting the Xbox to my pc and I still get the same issue. It states network issue, but it is clearly something on the xbox end (encoding?). I can
stream all of my Steam games just fine, even on wireless without any lag or disconnect so I know it is not an issue with my network.

Hey all, the teams looking into this issue have asked for those seeing this issue to try some unique steps to see if the problem persists.

Please try to disconnect any and all game controllers from your PC and instead connect the Xbox One controller directly to the Xbox One console. Then try streaming while the controller is connected to the console and not the Windows 10 PC. We're curious
to know if A. The connection and stream is more reliable and prevents any random disconnections and B. if the issue with stuttering and lag issues persist.

Could you please try that using both the Xbox App as well as the Beta Xbox App and let us know the results?

Thanks for the reply, seems like too much hassle to try and set up the Xbox to PC connection and is probably impractical

More info: on the first stream attempt it works for 5-10 minutes, before disconnecting. On subsequent attempts, it only lasts for roughly a minute, or less. After restarting the laptop, the stream still lasts for a minute or less before disconnecting. After
restarting the Xbox, it goes back to a 5-10 minute stream. Repeat.

Also, there are no audio/video glitches before it disconnects; the disconnect is very sudden
