Xbox to PC - Playing my games on my systems

I have an xbox one s and my brother downloaded a few games on there for me, he paid for them and transfered some to me (aka he paid and the payment is on his account). I have no idea how he was able to do that because there are games I have physically purchased that don't show up in my games collection when I try to see my collection from my computer. From my xbox is says is has over 20 games saved - computer is only showing 2.

I purchased Cyberpunk 2077 (physical copy) and I want to know how I can put the game on my xbox account so I can play it from my PC.

I spent $90 (Canadian, and on release day) and so I don't want to pay again. I've seen the price plummet (Its now $35) and I didn't get any money back so I don't want to pay again.

TLDR;

How do I put the game I physically purchased onto my xbox?

How can I play that same game on my pc?

Hello, unless the game is a play everywhere game you would have to repurchase the PC version. Not all XBox console games are avail through the PC version either.

The xbox 360 was a great system for streaming from my PC. Why would you abandon something that worked so well. At least my Play station still streams from my PC

You're not much older than me either, and I started gaming on a Sega Master System. Tried one at my cousin's and my parents bought it for me for Christmas. Shortly thereafter I was also gaming regularly on my best friend's Atari 2600 and Nintendo Entertainment
System.

For me, gaming has generally gone: Sega Master System, Nintendo GameBoy, Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Nintendo Entertainment System, PC (from 1996 to 2006 I've had 4 gaming PC's, bought in '96, '99, '02, and lastly in '06), Xbox, Xbox 360, PlayStation
Portable, PlayStation Vita.

Of these, I still own my 2006 gaming PC, Xbox, Xbox 360, and PlayStation Vita. My parent's still have my Nintendo Entertainment System, Nintendo GameBoy, and Super Nintendo Entertainment System at their place.

When you buy an Xbox Play Anywhere digital game through the Xbox Store or the Windows Store, it’s yours to play on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC at no additional cost. To take advantage of Xbox Play Anywhere, you will need to have installed the
Windows 10 Anniversary Edition update on your PC, as well as the latest update
on your Xbox One console. Then, simply log into your Xbox Live/Microsoft account and your Xbox Play Anywhere games will be available to download. On your Xbox One, games will show as “Ready to Install” under “My Games and Apps”. On your Windows 10 PC,
games will appear in “My Library.”

1. I've probably played seven or eight hours consecutively.

2. I don't really play much anymre since I'm at university and my Xbox is at home. Maybe 8-10 hours on the weekends I come home on.

3. MS-DOS, PC, N64, Xbox, Xbox 360. And the N64 was my favourite system.

4. I might consider building a PC, since I have no idea what the next Xbox will be like, and because I want to play some of my old retro PC games again.
