    No sorry, what you are asking isn't possible. GTA V for PC is a separate game. If you want it on PC, you'll have to buy it again. There a various PC game sites where you can buy a digital download key for GTA V (and many others). Some have it in a sale
    at the moment.

    If you hold off until the end of October, Steam has its annual sale, and this being a popular game, it should be in it.

    24-48 is usually typical for xbox one games, based on what I've read. Xbox one is purposely designed to be terrible (otherwise, why would computer people design a system that takes literally days to access or use....even the Atari 2600 was useable out of
