Xbox time played not updating

Was playing red dead around 5 to 6 weeks ago and after the first 10 hours it stopped tacking. Finished the game since then and spent a lot of time in online. I just dont know how much and its really frustrating not knowing. Just started playing Rare Replay
for around 4 hours. Every stat has updated except for time played. Same goes for other games.

Hope they get this fixed soon. This has been going on for far too long already

Exactly, and to the people telling me to reinstall all of my games, hard reset or tell me that its a game problem, NO, ive tried all of it and many people have this issue since the last update, they just refused to acknowledge it.

It's most likely an in game problem

Hi, somtimes it takes time to update the time you have been playing a game so you should wait to see if it updates if not you should make sure you don't have any connection issues and try uninstalling the games you have problems and then install the games
again

This is definitely a widespread issue on the back end somewhere for Xbox Live and Microsoft. I'm a staff member on TrueAchievements and we've had a ton of people ask us the same question about their time played not updating.

So far all the typical troubleshooting methods of re-installing the game, clearing cache, deleting / re-downloading your account, etc. have not seemed to fix the issue so it seems the only thing left is to wait for an official fix. Hopefully that comes soon
as I was looking forward to hitting the 1,000 hours milestone on Elite Dangerous before the counter stopped working.
