Xbox Time Limits and Activity Not Working

We have child accounts and Time limits setup. However, the time limits are not working at all. Also the activity reporting shown on the child account is correct when logging directly into the child account, however the activity reported under the Parent
account for the child account is different and off by a day. Is this why Time limits are not working? How can we fix?

Ya clearing cache removing the parental settings re adding them should do it

I would suggest removing the Xbox Account with the parental settings on it from the Xbox and clearing the cache by holding the power button on the Xbox. Once you have done that and the Xbox shuts off, re boot after
10 seconds and add the account back.

Hello, I try multiple way of understanding the activity vs time limit. I try to search adequate site or community to help.

In resume, I set time limit to 2 hour on xbox one on a particular account per day, how can I have 3 , 4, or even 7 hour when go to activity monitoring ? How is this possible ? Please help.
