So, i found that FFXV WINDOWS EDITION 4K Resolution Pack on XBOX is free to Download. But there is warning "This Content Require a Game (Sold Separately):

Can i really play it freely after i download it? Please help

That's just an add-on to the game. You would need to purchase the game itself to be able to play it.

In fact, I see it as "you own this product" but it is impossible for me to download it, it is written "this content requires a game sold separately".
