Xbox thinks It's a real computer

Used a 14 day trial of xbox live gold, yet a quarter of the way through i had enough money to get a years worth. When i go to purchase the free games with gold, it says its free, and so i press continue, only to be greeted with "Sorry. Your account is unable
to make this type of purchase on xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox"... Also, unless i go to "manage [subscriptions]" or on microsoft.com, it still says my subscription will run out in 9 days.... Any thoughts?

1. Move your profile to a USB flash drive or USB hard drive. To do this, follow these steps:
   1. Plug the USB flash drive or USB hard drive into your console.
   2. Go to settings and select Storage.
   3. Select All Devices.
   4. Select Profiles and then select your gamer profile.
   5. Select Move.
   6. Select the Memory Unit that you want to move your profile to.
      
      Note A Memory Unit can be a USB flash drive, USB hard drive or Xbox 360 Hard Drive. Make sure that you move the profile to a USB flash drive or USB hard drive.
      
   7. Remove the USB flash drive or USB hard drive from your console.

For beginning I want to apologize for wrongs sentences that could come up to, because, despite of I be Brazilian and spend money with Microsoft, they aren't able to pay some Portuguese support.

For a month now I'm trying to play some games on Xbox 360, however, the system ask me to update my safety data, I did, and even so, guess what? I couldn't play because this error keep coming up. What's funny, Microsoft still have my Credit Card data to
take my 29,90 reals for month.

I need a support here, I just want to play for some weekends on something that I pay for.

I do have a full years worth of gold now however?

 

Are you getting the message on both the free One games and the 360 games, or just the 360 games? That message will pop up for the 360 games if you are on a child account. If you are, you would need to make the purchase from a 360 console. Otherwise, make
sure you have a credit card/PayPal on file.
