    I believe that Xbox should get some customizability. Such as Xbox themes. What Xbox themes should do is allow a user to have custom themes such as Playstation. For example, you could use an Xbox 360 theme where your UI, Guide, and Dashboard would look like the Xbox 360 Version. I think this would be a good feature t\hat many people would use as the newer themes don't have aesthetics and cover 90% of the screen and don't allow people to have nice wallpapers.

    Theme Ideas (Pictures Below)

    • Xbox 360
    • Xbox Original
    • Older Versions of Xbox One UI (dashboard, guide, notifications, etc.)

    With the Xbox theme feature, we should also get the ability to have the older sounds such as the Xbox 360 achievement noise.

    I think the new feature should be located in,

    Settings > General > Personalization > My color & theme > Console theme

    Not confirmation of this as of 6/23/14, but I believe they will have a Halo themed Xbox One in the future, because of the fact they have had multiple Halo Themed Xbox 360.

    Yeah. I've been using the "Night" theme that came with the Xbox 360. I like it. It's one of the few default themes that doesn't have those ugly "Xbox" and "Kinect" stuff in the friends list.

    Have you tried selecting the theme while signed into your son's account?When you're on the dashboard,you should be able to go to the social tab.select your avatar and there should be an option there for changing your dashboard
    theme.

    When you download a theme,it is not automatically applied to your dashboard.Themes are displayed by the gametag,not the Xbox,so if you have the theme downloaded to the Xbox,each gamertag needs to select that theme on the theme select
    screen for it to show.I do believe themes are not bound to one gamertag as I can use themes my brother has downloaded as long as I'm using that theme on the console it was originally downloaded to.
