Xbox: The Language Nazis

Well my account got banned because someone reported it for profanity. I would like to say that Xbox has become Language Nazis. Don't get on Xbox and slip up a bad word, you will get banned. I don't know how Xbox is still operating if they are banning people
for saying a cuss word. As a company that operates in the United States, you are required to follow the laws, that includes our constitutional rights. You have violated the laws of the US by prohibiting anything someone else might find offensive. I have NEVER been
banned before and now that I know that I can be banned for pretty much anything that some butt hurt player reports against me, I will no longer be using ANY Microsoft product or service.

Hello everyone, first of all to all of grammar nazis, sorry for my english, it's not my first language. I'm 18 years old and this year, me and my brother got Xbox One. I allowed to sign up with my Microsoft account, but now iťs causing me problems with my
laptop, for example I can not use Google Chrome or install anything, first I need to ask my dad per email. Everything worked perfectly before I signed in in Xbox. Can you please help me? I'll be glad for any response or a tip to try.

The first amendment of the US constitution only covers government censorship of speech, not private video game services.

 

1dt amendment like Internet ..only applies to government and also as long as it doesn't infringe on anyones else's right

As a company that operates around the WORLD, MS is required to comply with the applicable laws of all the countries they operate in. You just don't understand what that actually means. You have no rights on a private service except those spelled out in the
EULA and Code of Conduct.

 

NNot to mention all gaming services require you to be rated e for everyone
