    Xbox Terms and Conditions Update


    About two years ago, the Terms and Conditions were updated for Xbox. I was a child account at the time and my dad/mum wouldn't update them for me. I haven't been using it until now. Now, when I try to accept the Terms and Conditions, it takes me in an infinite
    loop. Is there anyway around this? I can't use most online features without accepting these.

    There is a number for customer support if the problem persists, there is probably a bug in the system that they are working around the clock to fix before they launch the Xbox One

    Hey all, so here it is, the Terms and Conditions FAQ!

    I cannot accept the TaC because I forgot my email address?

    If you can sign in to your Xbox 360 console, you can find the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live account in two ways. Here’s how:

    From your home screen:

    1. Sign in using your Xbox Live-enabled gamertag.
    2. In the upper right hand corner, your Microsoft account email address will rotate with your gamertag.
    From the Settings Hub:
    If you have disabled the home screen display of your gamertag and Microsoft account, you can find them on the Settings hub.

    1. Sign in using your Xbox Live-enabled gamertag.
    2. Go to settings and select Account.
    3. Scroll right to Your Information and select Account Security. The Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live account is shown.

    I cannot accept the TaC because I forgot my password?

    If you’ve forgotten your Microsoft account password or if you want to reset it, see Recover your Microsoft account password.

    I cannot accept the TaC because I forgot what the email of the Parent Microsoft Account is?

    If your Xbox Live account is under parental control and you want to identify the parent Microsoft account, follow these steps on your console:

    1. Sign in using your Xbox Live-enabled gamertag.
    2. From the dashboard, go to settings and select Online Safety.
    3. Select an item to change and then select Save.
    4. You are then prompted for your parent’s permission to make the change. The parent Microsoft account is displayed on the password entry screen.
