    Hello to whoever helps in answering this,

    The Xbox tenure icon on my Xbox profile should be at 9 years by now and it is stuck at the number 8. I’ve had some problems in the past with the number changing but it’s eventually always corrected itself. Around May 4th last year is when it switched from 7 to 8 and I thought it would be the same time this year as I’ve had no lapse in my Xbox Live Gold Membership. The only thing I’ve done with my membership is that I upgraded to Game Pass Ultimate 2 months ago. On my Xbox 360, it shows a 9 icon on my profile as on my Series X it shows an 8. I will provide pictures. I’ve deleted my account off the console multiple times and have hard reset my Xbox too as those were steps that I was told to try in the past. It seems that every year I have a problem like this. Any help would be appreciated.

    Still, still not receiving tenure for Xbox Community Level. Still not able to access the Ambassador forums.

    I'm talking about Xbox Community Level Tenure, not Xbox Gold tenure. Xbox Community Level tenure is supposed to increase for contributing as an ambassador for consecutive days.

    I think some people are confusing Xbox Live tenure and community level tenure and are thinking the sticky thread here in this section will fix there XCL tenure.

    Hey there Linux,

    We double checked your tenure and it should just be showing 2 full years of tenure.

    For more information on how tenure is calculated, please refer to our Tenure Sticky.

    Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox LIVE Gold time a user has. While you do not lose tenure when you go Silver, Xbox LIVE Silver time does not accrue tenure. You will see your tenure increase only when the year of Xbox LIVE Gold time has finished.

    For your first year of Xbox LIVE Gold you will see a '0' and increase to '1' year of tenure when that year is up! For example, if you've had Xbox LIVE Gold for 3 years and 6 months, you'll see a tenure of '3' next to your Gamertag.
