    Xbox tenure year changed from 7 years to 5 years? Why?


    I check my profile every now and then on my Xbox One. I recently noticed that my tenure year that shows in the circle in the bottom left-hand side, has changed from 7 years to 5 years. It has never done such a thing and has recently shown up. I have been
    an active member since 2009 and almost never ran out of gold. I am on a yearly subscription. Therefore, I do not see why it would change after 7 years almost 8 years of Xbox Live subscription. I have already spoken to a Microsoft Answer Tech. and have been
    re-directed here. I would like my profile to reflect the true tenure that I have had for so long and the loyalty that I have had with Xbox.

    My Tenure is showing the wrong years

    My tenure was randomly changed from 8 to 5 years. Then a few days later changed from 5 years to 7 years. I tried deleting the profile then recovering it but it didn't work. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Same with me I had Xbox live since 2005 of April 7 years now , going to my Eighth year. They dock me 2 years off. I now have 5 year tenure.

    I am quite annoyed by this tenure problem. Over the past years, my account has show 10 years, 9 years, 8 years, and 7 years. Why is it that today, it has changed to 5 years? What kind of ridiculousness is this and whose idea was this?

    Tenure is wrong!

    There is no way 5 is the correct tenure. I had the same 5 two years a go and have had gold since then. I talked to support on the phone and they confirmed I have been gold for over 7 years. I don't get why you can't fix this.
