Anyone know why some people show their years in white and others in green?

Still, still not receiving tenure for Xbox Community Level. Still not able to access the Ambassador forums.

I'm talking about Xbox Community Level Tenure, not Xbox Gold tenure. Xbox Community Level tenure is supposed to increase for contributing as an ambassador for consecutive days.

I just noticed what you meant on the Xbox App and only saw 1 person which still had the green tenure, I have no clue why there is a difference

Hey there, apologies, but it's not possible to change the tenure. You will have to purchase more Gold and as Miss K stated above, once you hit that two year mark, you will have that 2 tenure symbol back.

It's your tenure (how long you've had gold membership).

The symbol is actually a "2" implying that you've had gold for at least 2 years.
