I recently verbally talked to customer support on 1/15/15 and my 10 year badge was deleted and I would like it to be returned as soon as possible.

Tenure still messed up

I've spoken to somebody on Xbox customer support before and was told if you return to silver membership for a certain amount of time the tenure is reset to 0 and until it does reset while silver the tenure goes into a frozen state.

Xbox Tenure Reset

I recently purchased the new xbox 360 slim, and I look and my tenure has been reset to 1, even though I have been a member for quite some time.

Had you reverted to a Silver account recently for any reason? If so then the tenure will have disappeared but will come back within a week.

If not then you should post in the suspensions forums just in case the removal was an enforcement action.

I had an issue with a pre-paid card and the tech cancel my account then reactivated it the same day. She messed up by canceling my account. This is why I am ready to jump ship and go buy a playstation. 10 years on xbox live and the customer service sucks
compared to 10 years ago.

My tenure got reset after not being able to use a pre paid code on xbox one every time i entered it ,it said you already have a membership. Which it ran out and i lost my five year tenure and only last week i was able to use a pre paid code but by then it
was to late tenure reset .

This is a current glitch, no explination as of yet but Xbox are looking in to the issue, it may have something to do with the current beta program.

That wouldn't be the problem. Anything related to removal of your gamer-card may or may not have something to do with penalties. I have contacted support about this, and if you re-download your profile it will reset itself soon.
