Xbox Tenure not reporting accurately

I've noticed numerous posts regarding Xbox tenure's inaccuracy. I looked today to see if my tenure flipped over. I joined during the original beta back in early September 2002 and have remained gold ever since. My tenure only
shows as 12 years. My stepson, who joined in 2003 and has remained as gold ever since only shows up as 11 years. Judging from threads in the forum regarding tenure, this seems to be a chronic problem for years. Is Xbox working on a fix for this?

No. There is definitely a problem with the tenure reporting. I've remained gold since Xbox Live was in beta, September 10th 2002, never lapsed a day. My tenure was reporting accurately not too long ago, but it was recently rolled back. I should be reported
as 15, but is now showing as 12. My step son also has retained gold since 2003 and his tenure is only showing up as 11.

Then your tenure is accurately being accounted for. Previously the tenure was not accurately being calculated, Xbox has now fixed this problem, explaining why you have seen the change from 4 to 3. You can see more info about it in this thread

I am also seeing this issue. I have been a member since January 2003, and my tenure started showing as 11 about a week ago, instead of the 14 it should be.

 

I am having this same issue and am getting bumped around when trying to call Xbox Support on it. I just hope it's something on their end and not someone attempting to hack my account.

I have contacted phone support. Live chat. And even the Twitter team and they just keep talking me off to the preview team saying it's ur fault!

So ran out the other day so I renewed with a 3 month code... my tenure has now dropped from 13 years to 10?

Please fix it

However after searching these forums I find LOTS of tenure issues with no resolution???

I've had Xbox live since bigot my 1st pay check at 18 years old... since they I have lost my eye sight, I struggle to play games but I still have fun and was GREATLY proud of my tenure... bragging rights all round, loyal fanboy from day one! Please sort
this issue out not just for me but for all others with the same problem
