Xbox tenure missing Xbox one

the other day I ran out of gold so today i bought a 3month trial but once I got on Xbox one my tenure was gone I had 6 years. But when I sign in on 360 it says my tenure is 6years please help!!

Xbox ONE Tenure missing/ disappeared.

I can see all my friends TENURE icons & I use to be able to see my own TENURE on MY PROFILE on Xbox One.

On 360, the tenure is displayed correctly on my profile. But the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile.

My friend has confirmed that the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile page.

I've deleted and re-added my account on Xbox One and checked my Privacy settings.

My Tenure is also missing! I just moved over to Xbox One and had a 7 on my tenure..

Hello

Once you renew your active Xbox Live Gold membership your Tenure will be updated again after a certain period of time, counting from where it left off. Be aware that a trial membership does not count towards this but since there are no 3month trials I assume
you have just miss-typed it.

Also your forumcard does not show you currently having an active membership.

Anyone who's TENURE (Years on Live) icon is missing from their Xbox One profile page, please post your issues on the thread in the link below. There seems to be a connection between those profiles affected by the March 13, 2014 GOLD STATUS OUTAGE, were

My Tenure is also missing on my Xbox One account. On my Xbox 360 it´s showing up correctly 4 years. I hope this bug will be fixed soon.
