Xbox Tenure Incorrect

Hello,

My tenure icon on my Xbox One hasn’t updated to what it should be. It is stuck on the number 7 as it should be 8. It was supposed to update on May 2nd, as that is when it has every year, but it didn’t. My account’s home Xbox is currently not the Xbox I own
if that matters, but I still have a gold membership that I pay for yearly when I buy a new card. On Xbox 360 when I looked, it correctly displayed the 8 icon, as on Xbox One it only shows 7. I will provide screenshots as proof. One thing to note is that in
December of 2018, I went silver for a few hours since I didn’t notice my Live expired but renewed later that day. This is quite frusturating and any help would be great.

If you read the sticky about the tenure issue you'd have seen that there was an issue with people showing an incorrect tenure, including a tenure of more time then they really acquired.

Still incorrect tenure. I've tried everything in the link and still missing my 5 year tenure. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I did the troubleshooting steps in the sticky, and my tenure is still incorrect.

I'm not sure how to check tenure on Xbox.com, but on my Xbox my tenure has showed 3 for at least 1.5 years that changed this year, and instead of going up my tenure went down.

I did clear my cache, delete my profile, etc. Still no luck.

'Tenure' is the name of the feature you refer to, and there is currently many many people hit with it being incorrect.

It wont affect any game play or account info in any way, and xbox support is looking into the issue.

A number of users have had tenure glitches that cause their tenure to either decrease or remain stuck where it is. It eventually corrects itself.
