Xbox tenure has gone?

Hello.

My tenure is suppose to be 4 i looked up my account on my friends Xbox one and i seen my tenure at 4 years but when i went home and downloaded my Gamertag i had my 4 year tenure but about 3/4 days later it disappeared?

So how do i get this back? I spoke to Xbox support and they sent me here.

I didn't take any picture proof as i never thought i would of had this much trouble with it.

My tenure disappeared on Xbox One console.

My tenure has also disappeared from the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.

Hi,

Microsoft has changed how tenure is calculated. See below:

 

Tenure is a count of how long you've been a gold member. You don't show as having a gold subscription which is why your tenure isn't showing. After you get gold again it should come back.
