Xbox Tenure Gone

Purchased some Xbox Live Gold memebership last week after being on Silver for a months. Noticed the years of Gold badge hasn’t returned to my profile when it should say 6 years like it used to. I had support look into it they confirmed there has not been
a drop or lapse in my gold subscription for years so no reason it should of went away.

Others have suggested wait 31 days for it to return?? Has this happened to anyone else??

Tenure Missing????

Hey everyone i got on xbox today and i noticed that my 4 year Tenure was missing..... Has this been happening to other people besides me. I got the new Dashboard update that has Internet Explorer i was thinking is that the reason my tenure is gone? Any ideas
why its gone?

My tenure should have gone from 10 to 11 around January 5th. I assume when the tenure messed up the anniversary date was also compromised?

This glitch has happened to a number of users, myself included, and I've not had a lapse in the subscription.

It will return, it's just a question of how quickly it will right itself on it's own.
