Xbox tenure dropped 2 years without going Silver

Hi I was wondering if anyone else had their accounts tenure drop? I was currently at 12 going on 13 in December and now looked to see Im back at 10. I never went Silver for maybe less than a day so there should be no reason it would drop. I noticed a few
posts on reddit having the same problems and was wondering if anyone else here did too?

Tenure still wrong since January

Many people's tenure that dropped dropped for a reason. Before, it was displaying wrong tenures as it was facturing in silver time, so theres a good chance the tenure you have now is correct.

 

XBOX TENURE still not fixed for long time, day 1 (10year) XBOX Live account...

tenure is your continued xbox live gold time. ihave had my account for several years and my tenure shows less than a year because i went silver for a few days before renewing my gold sub. if you have had a xbl account for 3 years but went silver for a day
after 2 years then went back to gold your tenure will show as 1 year or less.

 

I had the same issue. I believe it had to do with having "family gold" for a time but I'm not sure.

 

Very strange, my account still would have made the payments on it. But I think it could still be a possible issue with it.

I had talked to support over the weekend, the person I talked too had looked and saw all payments were on time but there was nothing she could do because the tenure system runs automatically so nothing could be done. Disappointed to hear but I do hope the
Tenure system gets looked into for a possible glitch as I have searched and seen multiple people are reporting same problem as well.
