    Xbox Tenure Badge (February 2022)


    I have had Xbox Live Gold Membership for many years as I currently do right now on my account, yet I have never had nor received the Xbox Tenure Badge. It's supposed to be given and displayed on your profile: a shiny badge with a black number displaying how many years you have been a Xbox Live Member. I have met the requirements for one, yet do not have one; and yes, I have display badges enabled on my account, I just do not have the badge. I have contacted support and all they told me was to wait longer for it to register I have met the requirements. I am tired of waiting. How much longer do I have to wait? I have had this account since the 360 days and I would like to show it on my profile with this badge!! Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

    Unfortunately, if you don't have it, there's no way to know if/when it will show up and there's no way to force it (the on/off you mentioned is only for the Ambassador badge). The server doesn't always work correctly for everyone in regards to tenure. For some people, it doesn't show the correct number and for some they've lost it completely after losing Gold for a couple of days even though it's supposed to come back.

    The tenure numbers are a horrible font, but that is an 8. Mine is currently a 7, and it took me quite a while to realize that the green tenure badge is what it is on Xbox One.
