Xbox Tenture and Region Change

Hello,

This is now the 3rd time I've contacted Xbox support.

Okay, so here's the problem.

My account was hacked and was logged into by a person in Canada which resulted in my account region to be changed to Canada on 18th of June 2016. I regained access back to my account but when I contacted Xbox Support so that they can change back my Account
region to the UK, they told me that the console that logged into my account was suspended which meant that it's now locked on Canada and they told me that I need to contact Xbox Enforcement so that they can fix it and put it back to the UK.

The other problem is that I lost my Xbox Live Account Tenture too.

My tenture should be on 7 years now but it was reset to 0 because of the region change.

Here's what I need help with basically.

1: My account region needs to be back to the UK instead of Canada.

2: My account tenture needs to be 7 years.

Tenure not changing

Your tenture changes based on how long you've been an active gold member.

 

When did you join Xbox Live?

2003, I created a new account when the 360 came out so my tenture does not reflect this fact...

Sorry to hear your account was compromised! Unfortunately we aren't able to help with Enforcement actions here on the forums. You'll need to submit a case review through
Enforcement.xbox.com if you are eligible for that. As for the region change, once your suspension ends you should be able to change that without an issue.

If your Xbox Live time has lapsed at all, it may take a bit for your tenure to update to's previous state, please make sure to keep an eye out for changes on that. Thanks a ton for your patience and understanding
