Xbox telling me to purchase a game I already bought?

I recently purchased Vanguard digitally from the Microsoft store. It keeps kicking me from the game and telling me I need to buy the game in order to play it even though I already own it, can someone help?

Go to My games & apps and confirm if all the packs are installed?

- Highlight COD Vanguard

- Press the Menu button and select Manage game and add-ons.

- Select the game tile, and then make sure to choose "SELECT ALL" for all the available contents to install.

- Select Save changes and wait for the contents to install.

Then, relaunch the game.

I am currently having the same problem. Everything is installed. But still not letting me load the game. I would try reinstalling the game but given the fact that it doesn’t even show the game in “All owned games” that’s kind of hard to do. Also if I go to the Microsoft store it doesn’t give me the choice to play or reinstall their either. It shows the price of the game like I never bought it. I have proof that I bought it because I have the preorder confirmation from Xbox back from 10/29/21.

So I have a similar problem But I have already bought the Game on an Account but it is telling me to re-purchase the game and I don't know why.

Same, I checked my purchase history and its not there I uninstalled it and it disappeared. I checked the store and it asked me to buy it again I already paid and already put hours in this game I hope they don't make me pay twice
