Xbox Team help help

Alright so I called the support team and they said I should post here. A while back I had my Gamertag manually changed by you guys because people flagged it as inappropriate. When I called to have the account unlocked the agent i spoke with told me I would
be able to change my Gamertag to something else for free. Now i'm trying to do it on my new Xbox One and I have to pay 9.99$?

Xbox support do not deal with bans, so its pointless calling them.

Only XBLPET deal with bans, in the forum i linked.

As zen says, it amazing how many friends you have with modz in their tag.

I imagine XBLPET now knows about each and every one of them.

No no The Reason why I Got 2 Xbox 360 Regular Console's its cause 1 of them I Got it Set up on my Living Room Down Stairs so when I have Friends or Family Members that come over in Visit me and my Wife I Put on Some Netflix for them if there's nothing Good
on Cable or me and my Wife play call of duty together. And the other xbox 360 console I Got it Set up on my Top Room for Gaming or to watch Netflix as well if we don't have any Visitors and the Reason I Said People Report you for fun for an example like lets
say if your playing Call of duty so call of duty black ops 2 is one of my Favorite's Games let say your playing on multiplayer Public Match and my Favorite Game mode is Search & Destroy you run in to a Full Team of Trick shooters they expect you to Set up
for them that's Just a waist of my time setting up for them so I end shooting them and my team ends up winning so that's when they will get mad cause there trying to Record so that's when they will be like Lets Report Them I have run into a Lot of these people
in Lobbys like these that say that I Just don't understand that cause that's not Fair thank I hope I don't have to Explain my self again unless your going to help me out thank you.
