If it turns on without the light on the power button it could be updating things in instant-on mode (standby mode) but if the light is coming on and it boots to the dashboard you may have a console in need of repair. Please contact support to see if you

I'm not sure what you mean it just turns on, nothing touches it and boots up to the start menu

I took out the plough in the every timed I used it

We are sorry this issue came up but rest assured we are here to help! We suggest a reset of the console since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

 

So I think I work, I did a factory reset but kept games and apps it seems to bee working
