    I have a question I'm sure many people thought of, I'm not sure how it would be done maybe Xbox can add a personal mobile hotspot that we pay for kind of like Xbox live, but can you make an Xbox portable, it would be very profitable and many Xbox user(real
    gamers), like myself, can play on the go ?

    My parents are divorced and I already have a Xbox 360 console with the built in 250GB hard drive. I want to get a Xbox at my dad's but I do not want to have to restart my games and have to level back up on games like Call of Duty and lose all my data. I
    have heard that you can use a USB flashdrive but I am not sure how to do that or if that is the best way. I am just looking for some advice thank you in advance for the comments and suggestions.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues getting your console to respond to touch on the faceplate. Let's see what we can do to get thing's sorted for you.

    This sounds like the touch sensor(s) on your faceplate are nonresponsive.

    Which style of Xbox 360 console do you have?

    That's the most important piece of information we need before we can start troubleshooting with you. Let us know and we'll work with you from there! ^_^

    Man that really is not a good thing to experience. With the virus going around people are going to be playing online alot more now no sports etc. Check with support like everyone mentioned. WHich xbox do you have i sure hope its under warranty. I suspect

    Hey again Jay!

    Just to be absolutely sure: None of the buttons on the front of your console are functioning for you? If that's correct, it sounds like you might need to send your console in for a
    repair. This should get everything sorted for you.

    There is something we can try first however, and that would be reorienting your console. What I mean by that is, if your console is the horizontal operating position, rotate it to the vertical operating position (and vice versa). This may help resolve your
    faceplate issues.
