    Ok am I the only one today that when xbox went down. It crashed there hard drive and broke the entire system. To where the xbox doesn’t load up properly or at all and cant recover any information. Cause it’s like it fried the system entirely today and
    id rather not have to get a new xbox.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues getting your console to respond to touch on the faceplate. Let's see what we can do to get thing's sorted for you.

    This sounds like the touch sensor(s) on your faceplate are nonresponsive.

    Which style of Xbox 360 console do you have?

    Man that really is not a good thing to experience. With the virus going around people are going to be playing online alot more now no sports etc. Check with support like everyone mentioned. WHich xbox do you have i sure hope its under warranty. I suspect

    Hey again Jay!

    Just to be absolutely sure: None of the buttons on the front of your console are functioning for you? If that's correct, it sounds like you might need to send your console in for a
    repair. This should get everything sorted for you.

    There is something we can try first however, and that would be reorienting your console. What I mean by that is, if your console is the horizontal operating position, rotate it to the vertical operating position (and vice versa). This may help resolve your
    faceplate issues.
