Xbox System Video Player not loading Video

Okay, I'm trying to watch my favorite anime and I cannot watch Xbox will no longer load the video only audio and that's it what's going on? I need help I really want to finish watching it again. I'm using the Xbox System Video Player app by the way.

It is there or should be in the store but you can't browse a NAS from the X1 like you could with the 360.
You can push the media from the NAS to the X1 using your PC or a App like Medishare.

Hopefully a update will come so you can browse media from the X1 on a NAS or PC.

I'm sorry to hear about the video issues you've been experiencing. I have a question to get better clarification as to how you're trying to view the anime.

Are you viewing this anime via a DVD disc, usb flash drive, or are you streaming the content?

I would suggest checking out this
Xbox 360 Video support article for some troubleshooting steps to try out in the meantime. About half way down the page, you should find a section named "Sound with no picture" that could help out.

 

It's only on 2 Episodes from the Anime every other anime and episode from that specific anime I'm watching works there's just 2 that only play audio but no video and I checked it out on my PC and it plays perfectly fine on there with no issues.

 

These files may be using a different codec for whatever reason, your pc most likely has them all availabe whereas your xbox only has limited Options

 

Yeah, but it strange because it starts up it's just I won't see any Video but I'll hear audio.
