Xbox system issue(not sure if it is)

Hello there, I am not sure if this is XBOX system issue or not. I am not sure how to turn off XBOX properly, because if i go to settings turn off the console it still turns on in a few hours. Going to my profile picture and going to console things to turn off somehow it turns on in a few hours too, and if i hold the xbox logo on the console to turn it off too again it turns on in a few hours. Any fix?

While this should not be happening on the "Energy saving" power mode, maybe your console is turning on because it is trying to find system or games updates. Please try to disable this option - but you will need to check for updates manually:

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide;

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates;

- Under Updates, toggle off "Keep my console up to date" and "Keep my games & apps up to date".

After that, please power cycle your console:

1. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

See how this goes and please let me know.

Alright the fix didnt work, i did exactly as you said, and its still turning on

TV is connected to the XBOX, XBOX turns when the TV is on or OFF its the same thing

When it turns itself on, if you turn the TV on the console is at the home screen?
