i din not receive any email from Microsoft nor my bank .

Welp, best to request a call back from xbox.com/help. Although the customer service is out sourced and very rarely do they ever accomplish anything. They really have no power to do much of anything as far as i know. Its like hiring the person who stands
outside of a new housing track in a costume swinging around a sign that directs you to the main office. You think going up to a person like that is going to be able to work a deal for you on a house? Xbox's customer support pretty much reads off a script.
18004myxbox was the golden era of customer service for this company. Id give them a try non the less though. A better option is to camp out on the Best Buy, Gamestop, Walmart's and maybe target's Apps on Black Friday. Ya, all these consoles that got preorder
by people like me on launch day have to wait cause they already have our money on hold, they got to dump all the consoles that should be coming to us right into the laps of scalpers. Hopefully, your issue gets sorted out but the way loyal fans are treated
in this company, i have my reservations. Happy hunting non the less.

When did you order? Launch day or Sept 22? Eitherway, that might not matter, what it could come down to is your bank. Ive heard of a few people that had this problem. The bank flagged the funds as potential fraud thereby cancelling the entire order. Second
possiblity is if you ordered on Nov 10th you may have been technically too late and the transaction wasnt technical supposed to go through, thats just a hunch though. Realistically, id check with your bank first, thats been a known issue.

Only stock available are individual stores which you have to call ahead to see if they are still accepting orders

Or all access pass orders

Thw rwason why it not showing out of stock is because of their website

Also you gotta remembee most etailera will most likely only have stock for all access pass not for single preorders which you need to go om a payment plan and xgu and yes its like a cellphone contract you have to continue xgu till the end of the term
