Xbox suspensions

I have just received a suspension for supposedly having a market place theft........... Can you please explain in more details as I don't want to keep getting suspended for nothing n then eventually lost my account I have paid good money on my Xbox account.
I have tried to contact you over and over again with no success. Xbox tech support are unable to help and as I was told today by your support team I could have been report because a spoil child lost a game...... Is this true? If so is this right so you have
no investigation to clear my name....... No punishment for false allegations????????? I have spend hours on my Xbox and no you are making me sick with worry that just anytime you could ban me for no plausible reason....... My gametag is please help

I feel robbed by xbox now as I have paid a lot for games directly from xbox and is this the reason how u make even more money???????

Yes leaving early earns you a multiplayer suspension for a short period however this is temporary and is a game suspension not an xbox suspension

During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

Communication suspensions

Communication suspensions are imposed because of inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. The suspension blocks a Gamertag from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live. These include text messages, voice messages,
video communications, Upload privileges, in-game chat, and party chat.

The length of suspension depends on the severity of the offense. Temporary suspensions usually end at approximately the same time of day as when the suspension was issued.

How you are notified

An email message is sent to the address that is associated with your Xbox Live account. Suspensions end at approximately the same time the suspension was issued and not at the beginning of the calendar day, so the suspension may not end until later
in the day specified in the suspension message.
