    re xbox suspension i have been banned from online 7 days and communications
    14 days due to arguing through messages with 4 friends each sending me messages also in a party were very aggressive. what is happening to them do they get banned this is my 9th comms ban and i want to know who ever is making these decisions do they even look
    at both sides of the arguments because theres far to many bans getting handed out not just to me but 6 others thats only that i know of have had bans.iv stopped buying gold through this and iv been with xbox 8+years now iv actually bought a ps4 now so my days
    are numbered with xbox and my 100+ platoon will be leaving with me.before i go i just wanted to know why its made so you cant ring and find out more about these bans to be fair its pretty serious giving yous are taking away something we've spent our hard earned
    money on yet theres no number to call enforcement only 1chance to have your say and thats maxed at 500 letters.can you please let me know the exact time of this ban and please can i get an email address for complaints and refunds.

    Account banned for no reason

    Yes leaving early earns you a multiplayer suspension for a short period however this is temporary and is a game suspension not an xbox suspension

    the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

    Communication suspensions

    Communication suspensions are imposed because of inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. The suspension blocks a Gamertag from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live. These include text messages, voice messages,
    video communications, Upload privileges, in-game chat, and party chat.

    The length of suspension depends on the severity of the offense. Temporary suspensions usually end at approximately the same time of day as when the suspension was issued.

    How you are notified

    An email message is sent to the address that is associated with your Xbox Live account. Suspensions end at approximately the same time the suspension was issued and not at the beginning of the calendar day, so the suspension may not end until later
    in the day specified in the suspension message.
