    Xbox Suspension


    My son has been using my xbox live account. I was just notified that the account was the subject of a 1 day suspension due to violation of the code of conduct. I filed c case review, really to learn more about the incident, however, received an error prompt
    directing me to have "the parent sign in" as this is a child account. Unfortunately, no, its not. I realize this may not the correct platform to address Xbox suspension questions, but I am unable to post a question or file a case review on the xbox enforcement
    page to the above-error message/prompt.

    The suspension is for 1 day, it would not be eligible for a case review since the review would take longer than the suspension. All you can do is wait it out.

    I should point out that 1 Day suspensions are not eligible to case reviews, so that is likely why it is not letting you make the case review. But are you indicating, that it is telling you its a childs account when it should be an adults ?

    Account banned for no reason

    Yes leaving early earns you a multiplayer suspension for a short period however this is temporary and is a game suspension not an xbox suspension

    If you received a suspension from Xbox Live, then after the suspension is over, the account will regain access to the service, provided another suspension was not issued. All information on how Xbox live suspensions work can be found at https://enforcement.xbox.com

    the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

    During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

    bans, and other enforcement actions. Maybe you had some sort of enforcement action such as Communication suspension.



    Communication suspensions

    Communication suspensions are imposed because of inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. The suspension blocks a Gamertag from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live. These include text messages, voice messages,
    video communications, Upload privileges, in-game chat, and party chat.

    The length of suspension depends on the severity of the offense. Temporary suspensions usually end at approximately the same time of day as when the suspension was issued.

    How you are notified

    An email message is sent to the address that is associated with your Xbox Live account. Suspensions end at approximately the same time the suspension was issued and not at the beginning of the calendar day, so the suspension may not end until later
    in the day specified in the suspension message.
