    XBOX Suspension


    Two weeks ago i messaged xbox and sent out a long paragraph to their team in an effort to lift my accounts suspension. That did not work so from then on up to this point I have been waiting until today so i could finally have my account privileges back.
    Only to find out that when i logged in it says still that i cannot play any multiplayer games due to an on-going suspension despite the fact that xbox clearly said my account's suspension ends on 3/24/18 at 2:46 AM. So, what do i do? My plan is to throw this
    xbox in the garbage and switch to Playstation. I think it's utterly ridiculous that i can't play with my friends because xbox doesnt know how to take a suspension off when it's run its course.

    XBOX Suspension

    Go to your settings, then under account click on remove accounts. Remove your account. (Make sure you know your email and password before doing this) After you have removed your account press and hold down the power button your console for ten seconds. Once
    the console is off restart your console and add back your account.

    This should fix the issue please let us know if the issue continues.

    If you're still seeing trouble connecting on that console even after your account suspension has ended, that could indicate that the console itself has been issued a temporary suspension as well. A console suspension would apply to any account that is signed
    into a particular console.

    If you sign into a different console (perhaps a friend's or relative's console) with your account, do you see the same issue on that console as well?

    I will try this out and see what happens. If it does let me play on a different console what would that mean for my xbox? However if it doesn't let me play on the new console what should i do?

    If you can play on another console, then your console would have been banned. If you can't play on another console, then your account is still suspended.

    So i go on enforcement.xbox.com and it says i'm suspended but it turns out i was banned the whole time and my favorite part of it all is that it wasn't even me who did anything wrong. But anyway, thanks for your help. Playstation

    Account banned for no reason

    Yes leaving early earns you a multiplayer suspension for a short period however this is temporary and is a game suspension not an xbox suspension

    If you received a suspension from Xbox Live, then after the suspension is over, the account will regain access to the service, provided another suspension was not issued. All information on how Xbox live suspensions work can be found at https://enforcement.xbox.com

    the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

    bans, and other enforcement actions. Maybe you had some sort of enforcement action such as Communication suspension.



    Communication suspensions

    Communication suspensions are imposed because of inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. The suspension blocks a Gamertag from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live. These include text messages, voice messages,
    video communications, Upload privileges, in-game chat, and party chat.

    The length of suspension depends on the severity of the offense. Temporary suspensions usually end at approximately the same time of day as when the suspension was issued.

    How you are notified

    An email message is sent to the address that is associated with your Xbox Live account. Suspensions end at approximately the same time the suspension was issued and not at the beginning of the calendar day, so the suspension may not end until later
    in the day specified in the suspension message.
