    Sorry to say the enforcement team does not monitor these forums. If you believe your ban is not correct, you will need to file a case review with the enforcement team by following the instructions at this link: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    You will also be required to take a quiz over the code of conduct to be able to file the case review, I would recommend reviewing the code which you can find on the same link.

    thank you for trying to help me I really do appreciate it. But for some reason when I follow your steps it doesn't give me an option to file a case review I feel like giving up I'm powerless it's not fair that they gave me this suspension

    If the suspension is only for 24 hours then there is no option for a case review. If it's more than 24 hours and you're under 18 then you'll need to have the parent account file the review on your behalf.

    Account banned for no reason

    Yes leaving early earns you a multiplayer suspension for a short period however this is temporary and is a game suspension not an xbox suspension

    the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

    During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

    Communication suspensions

    Communication suspensions are imposed because of inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. The suspension blocks a Gamertag from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live. These include text messages, voice messages,
    video communications, Upload privileges, in-game chat, and party chat.

    The length of suspension depends on the severity of the offense. Temporary suspensions usually end at approximately the same time of day as when the suspension was issued.

    How you are notified

    An email message is sent to the address that is associated with your Xbox Live account. Suspensions end at approximately the same time the suspension was issued and not at the beginning of the calendar day, so the suspension may not end until later
    in the day specified in the suspension message.
