    so my son's account was suspended for 24 hours once his suspension was lifted there was a 9 day suspension put on my account I appealed the decision and they came back and said that it was upheld due to threatening communication what they won't tell me exactly
    when it happened or what was said for me to fix the problem obviously somebody was on my Xbox using my Xbox cuz we had family over so I can't even fix the problem to know what was done. I tried reaching out to customer support nobody can help me The Impossibles
    call me that the enforcement agency has real hush-hush so they're not easy to contact I even tried to reply to the upheld decision and I can't do that so basically what I'm asking is for someone to tell me exactly when this happened time of day date and what
    was said. I'm paying for a service that I can't use and I'm very frustrated

    The enforcement team are the only ones who would have information about your suspension and they do not use the forums. Any information about the suspension would be listed on the enforcement site. They will not give specifics.

    Account banned for no reason

    Yes leaving early earns you a multiplayer suspension for a short period however this is temporary and is a game suspension not an xbox suspension

    the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

    During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.

    Communication suspensions

    Communication suspensions are imposed because of inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. The suspension blocks a Gamertag from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live. These include text messages, voice messages,
    video communications, Upload privileges, in-game chat, and party chat.

    The length of suspension depends on the severity of the offense. Temporary suspensions usually end at approximately the same time of day as when the suspension was issued.

    How you are notified

    An email message is sent to the address that is associated with your Xbox Live account. Suspensions end at approximately the same time the suspension was issued and not at the beginning of the calendar day, so the suspension may not end until later
    in the day specified in the suspension message.
