    Please can you help? My son is on Xbox, he has received a very long suspension (21st December). A boy at school admits he’s reported him (just to be spiteful) a couple of times.

    My son is autistic, he is aware of the code of contact and genuinely does not understand why he is banned. He’s so scared as it says he is a bully (and he is NOT!)

    I am often within hearing distance of him whilst he plays! Xbox is a major part of his life and he spends all his pocket money on it. All his xmas presents are based around XBOX and this is really upsetting him.

    Please actually send me proof of the justification of this suspension. We should be able to access this surely? We spend a lot of money for Xbox and the service - it’s ridiculous that we cannot access this information to educate our children on what (if
    anything) they have done wrong - VERY CROSS MUM!

    Account banned for no reason

    Yes leaving early earns you a multiplayer suspension for a short period however this is temporary and is a game suspension not an xbox suspension

    the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

    Communication suspensions

    Communication suspensions are imposed because of inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. The suspension blocks a Gamertag from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live. These include text messages, voice messages,
    video communications, Upload privileges, in-game chat, and party chat.

    The length of suspension depends on the severity of the offense. Temporary suspensions usually end at approximately the same time of day as when the suspension was issued.

    How you are notified

    An email message is sent to the address that is associated with your Xbox Live account. Suspensions end at approximately the same time the suspension was issued and not at the beginning of the calendar day, so the suspension may not end until later
    in the day specified in the suspension message.
