Xbox suspension under 24 hours

My son received notification of Xbox suspension with no information as to why, when looking at the message for further information it just leads to policy and further information can only be sought for suspensions over 24 hours. I am concerned that the suspension
has been applied with no oversite other than complaint/complaints have been made which I believe have been made maliciously or he was party to a game that involved a number of players and its an easy option to ban all.

As a parent I would like to know what has been done that has led to this action so I can educate my child if he is in the wrong or identify to Microsoft the flaw with this policy where others can manipulate a process, knowing its not really vetted as its
a minor issue, as a means to cause problems for others.

If the suspension is only for 24 hours then there is no option for a case review. If it's more than 24 hours and you're under 18 then you'll need to have the parent account file the review on your behalf.

Sorry to hear you're upset. Notifications of suspension are sent via the email attached to your account. If the suspension was for 24 hours or you are under the age of majority in your country then you cannot submit a review. If the suspension was more
than 24 hours and you are under the age of majority then your parent account would need to submit the review.

If the suspension is supposed to be over now but you are still experiencing communication issues try deleting then redownloading your profile.

The enforcement team investigate each complaint they receive. They will only issue a suspension if they determine a person has done something to violate the code of conduct. So it doesn't matter how many complaints a person received.
